Shipping policy

All products are shipped out of Minnesota, USA. Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after placing an order, (Business days are Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm). After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or phone number that you provided during checkout. If you have any tracking inquiries please contact USPS so they can best serve you.

MY ORDER WAS SENT BACK TO YOU, WHAT DO I DO?

If your order is returned due to an insufficient address that was provided during checkout. We will reach out to you via email, *You will be recharged for the shipping label*.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or changes to order as they go directly into processing once the order is placed. 

MY ORDER STATES IT IS DELIVERED BUT I DONT HAVE IT, WHAT DO I DO?

If your order states that it is delivered but you haven’t received it please wait up to 7 business days to see if your package arrives. If it doesn’t arrive please reach out to USPS so they can better assist you! Unfortunately, we are unable to resend your order.
